In partnership with Congregation Rodfei Zedek, in Chicago's beautiful Hyde Park neighborhood, we created a restaurant specifically designed with Passover in mind. Our first iteration of a new annual project, Aviv, was brought as a cure for the doldrums of 8 days of Matzah on April 13th, 2017. With the finesse and flair of an upscale restaurant, fresh, seasonal, brightly flavored dishes were served that just so happen to be unleavened, and grain free.
